Once again, Tiger from Twoflatwhites.com, Cakes, and myself decided today would be a good day to head off and check out the hope street markets second coming as it was shaping up to be a beautiful day, but it seems the weather gods were getting advice from melbourne as the weather soon turned gloomy by the afternoon. This wasnt to stop us, and it didnt seem to stop the many people who attended todays event. Driving around Surry Hills for only a short whilte parking was easy enough to find, and it was only a short walk to the front door.

Once inside, Tiger, Cakes and myself set about perusing the goods on offer and quickly headed upstairs. After looking at what was on offer, I decided to purchase a ladies tshirt from the lovely girls at imok, Jen Roberts & Sandra Mason. After checking out the colours on offer and asking their advice I chose a blue shirt which they were lovely enough to put in their nice little paper bags, so that will save on me trying to wrap it.

After taking another look around the room, we then all headed downstairs again, trying hard not to bump anyone, and over to the stall of Made by White where this time I picked up a lovely little broken heart necklace (middle left of shot).

After a good 30 mins of looking around, it was time to pack up our kit and head off back home, happy in the afternoons events. Our collective final thoughts were that it was once again an excellent event, with a wide variety of goods on offer. The atmosphere was great with a DJ upstairs and plenty of couches for people to lounge on and have a nibble, and there were even waiters walking around offering drinks to everyone.
