Position: Web Designer / Lecturer – Sydney 

Do you eat HTML for breakfast, sprinkled with a dash of CSS and are your spirited discussions of the merits of Chrome over Firefox losing you friends?

Shillington College is looking for a fantastic web designer to join our teaching team in Sydney.

The Shillington Web Course is a 1 week full-time or 5 week part-time course aimed at practicing graphic designers who are looking to expand their digital design knowledge with a foundation in HTML & CSS.  

If you’re keen to pass on your knowledge to Graphic Designers seeking to broaden their skill set maybe you should get in touch!

 The successful candidate will have:

• a strong working knowledge of HTML & CSS
• experience with Adobe Dreamweaver & Photoshop
• working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• minimum of 5 years experience
• an outstanding portfolio demonstrating a broad range of online experience
• strong communication skills 

You should be flexible with your time as our course runs as a 1 week full-time (Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm) and 5 week part-time version (2 nights a week for 5 weeks). This is an ongoing role and a great opportunity for someone freelancing or running their own business. 

Prior teaching experience is not essential.
