FASHION – FIT MODEL / DESIGN ROOM ASSISTANT – $35k

An Australian leader in high end fashion, our client combines elegance with attitude, producing luxurious women’s wear with sharp tailoring and unique prints in divine fabrics.

This iconic high end Australian label seeks an experienced female fit model to assist the design team with garment fit and sampling sessions.

Candidates must possess high levels of personal hygiene and grooming.  There is no photography or catwalk work involved with the role and previous fit model experience is not essential.

Our client is open to this position being full time or permanent part time.

This is a phenomenal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone already currently studying a Fashion Course.

The following measurements are required:

• Height:            168 – 175cms
• Bust:                 85 – 87cms
• Waist:               65 – 67cms
• Hips:                 94 – 96cms

When not required for fit modeling you will be required to assist within the office as well as within the Design Room

Office Duties

• Answering incoming calls
• Filing
• Faxing
• Administration

Design Room

• Keeping the Design Room neat and tidy
• Assist with the sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories
• Assist with the QC of Garments
• Assist with anything else the Head Designer may require
