Apple claims that potential customers will be confused by the similarities.
While we note there is resemblance in shape, how can you trademark a naturally-occurring fruit? Apple is being mean!

Seriously, I think people know the difference between Apple and Woolworths. I wouldn’t have through anyone in their right mind would mistake one for the other.
