UTS are now offering the opportunity to do just that with their new ”Bachelor of Design in Animation”.

Students who wish to follow their dreams of working in animation can now do so straight out of high school, with the University of Technology, Sydney’s brand new Bachelor of Design in Animation.

The course has a strong emphasis on drawing, character design, and special effects, and combines a range of learning strategies, including industry collaborations, field trips, studios and electives to prepare students for the diversity of the contemporary animation industry.

The Bachelor of Design in Animation will be offered three years full time, with the option to undertake an additional Honours year. The Bachelor of Design in Animation degree can also be combined with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Applications can be made through UAC.
