Whereever I seem to go these days there are young ladies in particular wearing these scarfs. I find it amusing. Whether its at the art gallary, shopping centre or down the street, the keffiyeh is becoming a real fashion item for so many people. I really do not think that the majority of people now wearing the keffiyeh realise its significance & symbolism.

My kaffiyah is exactly the same colour - the perfect combination of political apathy and trend driven, fashion frenzy.... and that was three seasons ago already people. Let's focus on the real issue here people, Doughnuts.

meanwhile in the middle east... Australian & American troops wear kaffiyas.
