The Future Laboratory is bringing its annual Trend Briefings 2012 to Sydney and Melbourne this February to showcase the latest trends in design, consumer and brand behaviour.
Presented by strategy and insight directors Martin Raymond and Chris Sanderson, the two Australian trend briefings will cover the latest global retail, consumer, design and social trends that are essential to navigating complex and fast-changing markets to give brands a competitive advantage.
The Future Laboratory’s Australian Trend Briefings centred on the topic ‘The Transformation Age’ will cover four distinct trends focusing on different aspects of the consumer and brand landscape. The defining trends for 2012 are: the Anarconomy Decade, Revivalism, The Personal Information Economy and The Tomorrow Store.
Each trend will be supported by comprehensive quantitative and qualitative evidence alongside an animated presentation and case study design and brand examples from around the globe.
The Melbourne trend briefing will take place on February 15, 2012, and the Sydney briefing will be held on February 20, 2012.
