Watters Gallery will again be brimming with the colourful works of Chris O’Doherty known more widely as Reg Mombassa. This exhibition has over 70 original works plus some previously unexhibited etchings.
The works fall into two categories; the irreverent, idiosyncratic, social commentary art that developed from his designs for Mambo and his interpretations of rural Australia that have been an obsession since art school days.
